As-salamu
`alaykum wa rahmat-Ullahi wa barakatuH.
Respected mufti of the Jamiat of Transvaal and other followers of the
people from Deoband,
May Allah Ta`ala accept you fast and salawat and guide you to a Ramadan
Mubarak.
May Allah have mercy of you and us during the year when Allah Ta`ala
opened the gate of His rahmah for al-mustad`afun, giving the Sunni
Mujahidin of Ahlu-s-Sunnah in Afghanistan His help and a close victory
against the sect of hirabah, fasad fi-l-ard and irtidad.
The victory of the Prevalent Majority under the leadership of Shaykh
Burhanu-d-Din ar-Rabbani, hafazah-Ullah, started on the auspicious day
when Allah Ta`ala accepted Ahmad Shah Mas`ud al-Ghazi, rahimah-Ullah, as
Shahid for al-Firdaws. By assassinating him, al-mufsidun commited the most
horrible of their crimes, and with Allah's help after few days the measure
of their sins was completed, and the oppressed land of Afghanistan was
finally al-hamdu Lillah cleaned from the ansar ad-Dajjal, foolish,
primitive and corrupt people who as a proof of their misguidance accepted
the batil pseudo-emirate of the one-eyed heretic mullah.
And Allah Ta`ala says about him, his companion supported by the sect from
Najd and about their mercenary gangs what means:
"The only reward of those who waged war against Allah and His Messenger
and strove in order to create sedition in the land, is that they be slain,
or crucified, or their hands and feet be cut off on account of their
enmity, or they be expelled from the land. That shall be a disgrace for
them in this world, and in the Hereafter they shall have a greater
punishment; except those who repent before you have them in your power. So
know that Allah is Most Forgiving, Merciful." (al-Ma'idah, 36-37)
So, while Allah Ta`ala is giving al-Mu'minun relief after hardship, is
calling to His justice the ansar of the fitnah, and is bringing the
heretic taliban to the punishment for their mischief against this Ummah,
let us all all benefit from Allah's rahmah in the Blessed months when the
gates of Jannah are opened, and save yourself and ourselves from the
Greater punishment of al-Akhirah, by repenting before the lasts of those
criminals are called to the punishment which is written for them because
of what their hands did against the Din, the lives, the property and the
honor of the Muslims.
With Allah's help, the brotherly advice coming from al-Qadi Abu Ibrahim
as-Shafi`i and from the Majlis al-Ulema of Italy is that brother Ebrahim
Desai and each one of those who are reputed as scholars among the
imitators of Muhammad Qasim Nanotwi, Khalil Ahmad Ambetwi and Ashraf `Ali
Thanwi travel on earth with Allah's permission, approach and contact the
until-now-pro-fitnah extravagant mufti Taqi Usman, urging him for Allah's
sake to repent in front of Allah, to apologize in front of the Muslims, to
desist from his excesses in sectarianism, and exhorting him to proclaim in
Pakistan a public tawbah for all of those brothers and sisters who - out
of ignorance, desire and conjecture - have for years and until recently
tainted their tongues and their hands in contributed to the fitnah from
Najd from which Allah Ta`ala is now saving the Muslims.
Know that verily Allah Ta`ala will bring His light to perfection, although
the deniers dislike it. Wa-l-`aqibatu li-l-muttaqin.
